The rent is between € 600 and € 750 per week depending on the season and includes the cost of electricity, wood and internet.

- Low season: € 600 / week or € 120 / day
- Mandatory final cleaning: € 85
- High Season: week 23 until week 35 and week 52 until week 01/2026
- Low Season: week 02 until week 22 and week 36 until week 51
