House Liane 31 is built in 2005. It has the traditional Swedish wooden facade and a floor area of about 75m² on one level. With contemporary insulation and triple-paned windows it is absolutely winterproof. It is heated either with an air conditioner (heat pump), electric radiators or the cozy wood stove in the living room.
The water and sewage supply is municipal. The area is well covered with 4G mobile communications.
The house is connected to the public fiber-network, so you have stable and broadband Wi-Fi for internet, streaming services or home office.
For the warm months terrace furniture is available. A boat can be rented on the nearby lake.
